Be Exceptional Meals have formulated a calorie controlled menu to allow you to easily track only if that's what you are into. All meals are between 350 to 500 calories. When working at creating a new you through fitness, it's important to start with protein to fuel your muscles properly. Each one of our standard meals holds between 25-35 grams of protein. Carbohydrates get a very bad rap. Many forget that we need this category. Veggies such as collard greens all the way to sweet potatoes are Carbohydrates. We won't tell our secret, but just know you will get up to a third of your daily fiber adequate starches and close to no sugar at all. Understanding the pallet is our thing. Flavor doesn't just mean adding salt or adding sugar. we want to reduce the negative footprint food has on the body. High sugar or sodium diet can be a direct cause of many diseases, and that not healthy.
